The Clarke House Museum reopened in October 2021 on a spectacular autumn day for the Chicago Architecture Center’s annual Open House Chicago.
Multiple volunteers from the Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events and the Chicago Architecture Center escorted 676 guests who wished to hear the stories about one of Chicago’s earliest families.
Dames Winifred Hayes, Ginny Munson McTier and Noren Ungaretti participated in the docent led tours and were delighted with the enthusiasm of the other attendees.
The Clarke House Museum will remain open to escorted tours on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 1pm. For more information please go to Clarke House Museum Tours.
